Vijay Varma says he was doing ‘fairly good’ on his own but the paparazzi ‘lost their minds’ after Tamannaah confirmed their relationship.
Tamannaah Bhatia had confirmed her romantic relationship with Vijay Varma while promoting Lust Stories 2 earlier this year.
Ever since Vijay Varma and Tamannaah Bhatia have confirmed their relationship, their movements are often tracked by the paparazzi. Recently, Vijay was also speaking at the India Today Mumbai Conclave when he shared how the paparazzi’s attention has increased ever since he started to date Tamannaah. The actor mentioned that he was doing ‘fairly good’ on his own but the paparazzi ‘lost their minds’ after Tamannaah confirmed their dating rumours.
“That’s where the paps lost their minds. I couldn’t control it! And there were times they came right at my doorstep and nobody came to my building before that. I live in this isolated part of Andheri that nobody should know where I live and don’t go tell your friends where I stay and I don’t want you all outside my house,” Vijay said.
Earlier, in an exclusive conversation with News18 Showsha, Tamannaah also talked about the focus on her personal life when she mentioned that it does not bother her at all. “People say things and sometimes it hurts as it comes from some people who know you, but in the end what matters is what you say to yourself. So, I have had a very strong demarcation in my career when it comes to my work and personal life. I have always been a straightforward person who has always spoken my mind and told the truth. Earlier, I would be worried about what my parents would think. However, the beauty is that as I have evolved, they have evolved as well. And I take that as an achievement. I think today, apart from the ill-health of my close ones, nothing else robs me of my happiness,” she had said.
Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma’s relationship is no secret. The actress confirmed their romantic relationship in an interview with Film Companion earlier this year while promoting Lust Stories 2. “I don’t think you can get attracted to someone just because they are your co-star. I have had so many co-stars. I think if one has to fall for someone, feel something for someone it’s definitely more personal, it’s nothing to do with what they do for a living, I mean that’s not the reason why this would happen,” she had said.
