The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has released the provisional answer key for the written exam for Assistant Professor recruitment on September 10. If you participated in the exam, you can find and download the answer key on the official JKPSC website at jkpsc.nic.in. You don’t need to log in with your credentials to access it; it’s available in a PDF document. The answer key contains the text booklet question number and series A, B, C, and D.
Meanwhile, applicants can raise objections against the JKPSC provisional answer key by paying a mandatory fee of Rs 500 per question in the form of a demand draft drawn in favour of the Controller of Examinations (CoE). It is to be noted that the challenge fees will be refunded if the objections are found to be correct. Candidates are advised to upload supporting documents while raising objections. According to an official notice, candidates are allowed to raise objections, if required, against the provisional answer key till Wednesday, September 13, up to 5 pm.
“If any candidate feels that the key to any of the questions is/are wrong, he/she may represent on prescribed format/proforma annexed as Annexure-A along with documentary proof/evidence (hard copies only) and fee of Rs 500 per question in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the COE (refundable in case of genuine/correct representation) to the Controller of Examinations, Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission from Monday i.e. September 11 to 13,” read the official notification.
JKPSC Assistant Professor Provisional Answer Key 2023: Steps To Download
Step 1: Go to the official website of JKPSC at jkpsc.nic.in
Step 2: Search and click on the ‘Assistant Professor answer key’ link available on the homepage.
Step 3: The JKPSC Assistant Professor Provisional Answer Key 2023 will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Check and download the provisional answer key.
Step 5: Raise objections if required.
The notice further indicates that no objections would be heard by the Controller of Examinations after the specified period. Through this written recruitment exam, JKPSC aims to fill up a total of 285 posts of Assistant Professors in several departments. The written exam for the post of Assistant Professor (Industrial Chemistry, Commerce, Renewable Energy, Dogri, Physics and Mathematics) was conducted on Sunday, September 10.
