Bigg Boss 13 fame Asim Riaz sparked controversy during his recent concert in Bangalore when he talked about Elvish Yadav’s journey on Bigg Boss OTT 2. Clips from the show went viral, especially a moment where Asim raised his middle finger while mentioning Elvish. Asim had previously claimed that no one could replace him and Sidharth Shukla, even among the current Bigg Boss stars. This has divided opinions, with some supporting Elvish and others siding with Asim.
The video shows Asim Riaz boldly stating, “People will come and go but nobody will ever be like me and Sidharth, nobody can ever take our place, there’s no way.” After this, the crowd started shouting Elvish’s name. Asim then said, “The people who come live and count their numbers should stop it as they can’t do it as well.” He further heightened the tension by raising his middle finger.
In response, Elvish Yadav immediately took to Instagram for a live session to offer his retort. He said, “He is irrelevant at the moment and is clout chasing after me. I try to stay away from controversy but he is the one who started it all by abusing me in his concert. I’d appreciate it if he had the guts to do it on my face and not the live.”
The feud between Asim and Elvish has since divided opinions among their respective fan bases. While some supported Elvish Yadav, condemning Asim’s actions, there were still many who stood firmly on Asim’s side.
